The Integration Core, explained
One modular layer between cells and product. It measures, protects, balances, and communicates — so any qualified chemistry can power any Auravolt-enabled device.
Four layers, one system
Traditional packs weld the battery decision into the product. The Integration Core separates concerns into clean layers, so each can improve independently — cells can change without touching your product, and firmware can improve without touching the cells.
- Swap chemistries without product redesign
- One qualification effort reused across product lines
- Field-updatable firmware and protection profiles
- Telemetry from every deployed pack, from day one
Data & API
Telemetry, diagnostics, and integration endpoints for your product and cloud.
Firmware & controls
State estimation, adaptive charging logic, protection profiles, and cell-model libraries.
Power & protection hardware
Monitoring, balancing, disconnects, and thermal management engineered to your envelope.
Cell interface
Mechanical and electrical adaptation for the chemistry and format that fits your application.
From requirements to reliable power
Characterize
We profile your load, duty cycle, environment, and constraints — then shortlist the cell chemistries that genuinely fit.
Configure
The Integration Core is tailored to your pack: protection thresholds, balancing strategy, thermal design, and interfaces.
Integrate
Your device connects over standard electrical and data interfaces. Validation, documentation, and production support follow.

Engineered for certification from day one
Every Auravolt design is developed with the relevant safety and transport standards in view — so certification is a checkpoint, not a surprise. Depending on your application, that typically means designing to support testing under standards such as IEC 62133 or UL 2054 for packs, UN 38.3 for transport, and the product-level standards your device already carries.
- Redundant, independently tested protection paths
- Documentation packages prepared for test labs
- Design-for-certification reviews at every milestone
